PINE’s 23-24 School Year Has Begun

The Pine School has kicked-off its 23-24 school year.
The Pine School has kicked-off its 23-24 school year.

The excitement began with a well-attended Orientation Day - an opportunity for students and their families to meet teachers, set-up lockers, and get details on a variety of School Life issues. There were also dedicated assemblies for new students as well as students transitioning into Upper and Middle School.

The first day of school included a special Opening Day assembly and plenty of time for faculty & students to get acquainted.

"Even though we're just beginning, our Student Government has big plans to bolster our community through the creation of new student life opportunities as well as continuing beloved traditions," said Student Government President Zoë Berry.

Up next will be class retreats for all Upper and Middle School students - including off-campus experiences for Grades 9-12 - all designed to foster bonding between classmates and faculty.

“After a summer filled with planning and preparation, it was amazing to welcome back all our students,” shared Head of School Binney Caffrey. “The energy my colleagues and I feel as we re-engage with students is tremendous. I can't wait to see what Pine School students achieve this year!”

Judging by all the happy & excited faces, this is sure to be another amazing school year.
