Justine Snow and her 7th Grade Life Science students dived into a middle school milestone as they prepped for learning about body systems - the hands-on frog dissection lab. Students worked collaboratively in thinking critically about classifications, ecosystems, and evolution.
“This lab can be uncomfortable for some students, but as my favorite college professor always said - ‘being uncomfortable is the first step in deeper learning’, and this lab always proves to be very beneficial for student comprehension,” shared Snow.
